Role Summary: We are seeking a motivated and analytical Affiliate Marketing Specialist with 2-3 years of experience and a Master of Science (M.Sc) degree to join our team in Guwahati. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to expand our brand reach and drive customer acquisition through affiliate partnerships. This role requires a strong understanding of digital marketing principles, data analysis, and relationship management within the security services industry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement comprehensive affiliate marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and lead generation.
- Identify, recruit, and onboard new affiliates, including bloggers, influencers, and relevant websites.
- Manage and nurture relationships with existing affiliates, providing them with necessary marketing materials and support.
- Track, analyze, and report on affiliate campaign performance using key metrics such as ROI, conversion rates, and customer acquisition cost.
- Optimize affiliate programs and campaigns for maximum performance and profitability.
- Conduct market research to identify new affiliate opportunities and stay updated on industry trends.
- Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to ensure brand consistency and alignment of marketing efforts.
- Manage affiliate payouts and commissions accurately and in a timely manner.
- Ensure all affiliate activities comply with company policies and relevant regulations.
