Affiliate Marketing Manager

We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Affiliate Marketing Manager to join our growing team at MakeMyTrip. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing our affiliate marketing program to drive customer acquisition and revenue growth. This role involves building and nurturing relationships with affiliates, optimizing campaigns, and analyzing performance to achieve key business objectives within the Indian travel market.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute a comprehensive affiliate marketing strategy aligned with MakeMyTrip's business goals.
• Identify, recruit, and onboard new affiliates (publishers, bloggers, influencers, coupon sites, etc.) within the Indian market.
• Manage and grow relationships with existing affiliates, providing them with necessary support and resources.
• Negotiate commission structures and partnership terms with affiliates.
• Monitor, analyze, and report on affiliate program performance, including traffic, conversions, ROI, and CPA.
• Optimize campaigns through A/B testing, creative development, and promotional offers.
• Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and best practices in affiliate marketing.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant marketing regulations and company policies.
