Role Summary: We are seeking a dedicated and skilled After Sales Service & Repair Technician to join our team in India. This role will be responsible for ensuring the optimal performance and longevity of our beverage dispensing and related equipment, providing timely and effective repair services, and maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of mechanical and electrical systems, excellent troubleshooting skills, and a commitment to quality service.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Perform routine maintenance, diagnostics, and repairs on beverage dispensing equipment (e.g., coolers, taps, carbonators, post-mix machines).
2. Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues reported by customers or identified during inspections.
3. Install, calibrate, and commission new equipment as per specifications.
4. Maintain accurate records of all service calls, repairs, parts used, and customer interactions.
5. Manage inventory of spare parts and consumables, ensuring availability for service calls.
6. Provide technical support and guidance to customers on equipment operation and basic troubleshooting.
7. Adhere to all safety regulations and company policies during service and repair activities.
8. Collaborate with the sales and operations teams to ensure seamless customer experience.
