Role Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled After Sales Service & Repair Technician to join our team. This role will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation and timely repair of various technical equipment and systems utilized by NPCI and its associated entities. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of electronic and mechanical systems and a commitment to providing excellent post-sales support.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform diagnostic tests and troubleshooting on a wide range of hardware and software issues.
- Conduct repairs and maintenance on equipment, ensuring minimal downtime.
- Respond to service requests and customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
- Maintain accurate records of all service and repair activities.
- Collaborate with internal teams to identify recurring issues and suggest improvements.
- Ensure adherence to all safety protocols and company policies.
- Provide technical support and guidance to end-users.
- Manage inventory of spare parts and consumables.
