We are seeking a motivated and technically adept M.Sc graduate with 1-3 years of experience to join our After Sales Service & Repair team in Kochi. This role is crucial for ensuring customer satisfaction by providing efficient and effective technical support and repair services for our cutting-edge products and solutions in the emerging technologies domain. The ideal candidate will possess a strong analytical mindset and a passion for problem-solving.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide prompt and accurate technical support to customers regarding product functionality, troubleshooting, and maintenance.
- Diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues for a range of emerging technology products.
- Perform necessary repairs and replacements of faulty components, ensuring adherence to quality standards.
- Document all service requests, troubleshooting steps, and repair outcomes in the company's service management system.
- Collaborate with R&D and engineering teams to provide feedback on product performance and identify areas for improvement.
- Stay updated with the latest advancements in emerging technologies and service best practices.
- Manage service inventory and spare parts to ensure availability for repairs.
- Conduct on-site or remote diagnostics and support as required.
