Agency Development Manager (1-2 Yrs) for WNS Global Services

Key Responsibilities:

Identify and research potential new agencies and partners aligned with WNS's strategic goals.

Initiate contact and build relationships with key stakeholders at prospective agencies.

Present WNS's value proposition and service capabilities to potential partners.

Support the onboarding process for new agencies, ensuring all necessary documentation and agreements are in place.

Assist in the development and execution of joint business plans with existing partners.

Monitor partner performance and identify opportunities for growth and improvement.

Provide regular updates and reports on agency development activities to management.

Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful partner integration and service delivery.
