We are seeking a motivated and results-oriented Agency Development Manager with 2-3 years of experience and a Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) degree to join our growing team in Coimbatore. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying, recruiting, and developing strategic partnerships with agencies to drive business growth and expand our market reach. This role requires a proactive approach to relationship building, a strong understanding of the technology landscape, and the ability to contribute to our company's success.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and onboard new agencies that align with Zoho's business objectives and partner programs.
Cultivate and maintain strong, long-term relationships with existing agency partners.
Develop and execute strategies to increase partner engagement, revenue, and adoption of Zoho's solutions.
Provide training and support to agency partners on Zoho's product portfolio and sales processes.
Monitor partner performance, identify areas for improvement, and implement corrective actions.
Collaborate with internal sales, marketing, and product teams to ensure partner success.
Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market opportunities.
