Agency Development Manager

Role Summary:
As an Agency Development Manager at DP World India, you will be responsible for identifying, developing, and nurturing relationships with key agencies and partners to expand our service offerings and market reach within the Indian ports and shipping industry. You will play a crucial role in driving business growth through strategic partnerships and ensuring DP World's continued leadership in the logistics sector.

Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and evaluate potential new agency partners and strategic alliances that align with DP World's business objectives.
- Develop and execute strategic plans to onboard and integrate new agencies, ensuring successful collaboration and service delivery.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with existing and prospective agency partners through regular communication and engagement.
- Negotiate and finalize partnership agreements, ensuring favorable terms and conditions for DP World.
- Monitor agency performance, provide support and guidance, and identify opportunities for improvement and growth.
- Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., Sales, Operations, Legal) to ensure seamless execution of agency agreements and client satisfaction.
- Stay abreast of market trends, competitor activities, and regulatory changes within the Indian ports and shipping industry to identify new business opportunities.
- Develop and deliver compelling presentations and proposals to potential partners.
- Achieve set targets for agency acquisition, revenue generation, and market penetration.
