Agency Development Manager

Role Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Agency Development Manager to join our India team. This role is crucial for identifying, cultivating, and managing strategic partnerships with clinical research sites and investigative sites across India. The Agency Development Manager will be responsible for building strong relationships, ensuring site engagement, and driving operational excellence to support our clinical trial execution.

Key Responsibilities:

* Identify and evaluate potential clinical research sites and investigators in India aligned with Syneos Health's therapeutic areas and project needs.
* Develop and implement strategies for building and nurturing long-term relationships with site personnel, including Principal Investigators, study coordinators, and site managers.
* Conduct site feasibility assessments and pre-qualification visits to ensure sites meet regulatory, ethical, and operational requirements.
* Negotiate and finalize site agreements, budgets, and contracts in collaboration with legal and finance departments.
* Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned sites, addressing queries, resolving issues, and ensuring smooth trial conduct.
* Monitor site performance, adherence to protocols, and regulatory compliance, implementing corrective actions as needed.
* Collaborate with internal project teams (e.g., Clinical Operations, Project Management) to ensure seamless site integration and successful trial delivery.
* Stay abreast of the Indian regulatory landscape, industry trends, and best practices in clinical research site management.
* Contribute to the development and refinement of site engagement strategies and operational processes within India.
