Role Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Agency Development Manager to drive strategic partnerships and expand our reach within the engineering and construction sector. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying, onboarding, and nurturing relationships with key agencies and channel partners to enhance our market presence and project pipeline.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and evaluate potential agencies and channel partners that align with L&T's business objectives in the engineering and construction domain.
- Develop and execute strategies for onboarding new agencies, including contract negotiation and setting performance metrics.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with existing agency partners through regular communication and support.
- Provide training and resources to agency partners to ensure they have a thorough understanding of L&T's services and offerings.
- Monitor agency performance against agreed-upon KPIs and provide regular reports to management.
- Collaborate with internal sales, marketing, and project teams to ensure seamless integration and support for agency-driven business.
- Stay abreast of market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to identify new opportunities for agency partnerships.
