Role Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Agency Development Manager with 0-1 years of experience and an MBA/PGDM to join our dynamic team in Chennai. This role is ideal for a recent graduate looking to kickstart their career in developing and managing strategic partnerships with design agencies, contributing to our growth and market presence in the design industry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in identifying, evaluating, and onboarding new design agency partners.
- Support the development and execution of partnership strategies to drive business growth.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders within partner agencies.
- Track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to agency partnerships.
- Conduct market research to understand industry trends and identify potential opportunities.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless integration and successful project delivery with agency partners.
- Contribute to the development of training materials and best practices for agency collaboration.
- Participate in client pitches and presentations involving agency collaborations.
