This role is ideal for individuals with 2-4 years of experience, looking to build a career in IT services and client relationship management, with a focus on developing and nurturing agency partnerships. You will be instrumental in expanding our reach and driving business growth through strategic alliances.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify, evaluate, and onboard new strategic agency partners to expand our service offerings and market presence.
Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with existing agency partners, acting as their primary point of contact.
Collaborate with agency partners to understand their business needs and identify opportunities for joint go-to-market strategies.
Drive revenue growth by promoting our IT services and solutions to agency partners and their client base.
Conduct regular performance reviews with agency partners, tracking key metrics and identifying areas for improvement.
Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities to inform partnership strategies.
Provide training and support to agency partners on our products and services.
