Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and onboard new agents and partners to enhance our service network in the import & export sector.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing agents, ensuring mutual growth and satisfaction.
- Conduct market research to identify potential business opportunities and competitive landscapes.
- Assist in developing sales strategies and promotional activities for agent network.
- Provide training and support to agents on our services, policies, and platforms.
- Monitor agent performance and provide regular feedback and reports.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth operations and client satisfaction.
- Support in resolving any agent-related queries or issues.
