Agency Development Manager - Sports / Leisure & Recreation (3-5 Yrs Exp)

Role Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Agency Development Manager to join our growing team in the Sports & Leisure division. The ideal candidate will have a postgraduate degree and 3-5 years of experience in business development, partnership management, or sales, preferably within the sports, fitness, or lifestyle retail sectors. You will be responsible for identifying, recruiting, and nurturing strategic partnerships with agencies and organizations to expand our reach and drive revenue growth in the sports and leisure market.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a comprehensive strategy for agency acquisition and management within the sports and leisure ecosystem.
- Identify and prospect potential agencies, partners, and influencers who can contribute to our business objectives.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with agency stakeholders, understanding their needs and aligning them with our offerings.
- Negotiate and finalize partnership agreements, ensuring mutually beneficial terms and compliance with company policies.
- Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, sales, product) to develop tailored solutions and support programs for agency partners.
- Track and analyze agency performance, providing regular reports on key metrics, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing corrective actions.
- Stay abreast of industry trends, market dynamics, and competitor activities to identify new opportunities and potential risks.
- Conduct market research to understand consumer behavior and preferences within the sports and leisure segments.
- Organize and participate in industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to enhance brand visibility and expand the agency network.
