Agency Manager (1-2 Yrs) - Thiruvananthapuram

Role Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Agency Manager with 1-2 years of experience and an LLM degree to join our team in Thiruvananthapuram. The Agency Manager will be responsible for managing and strengthening relationships with external agencies, ensuring alignment with company objectives, and optimizing agency performance within the pharmaceutical and life sciences sector. This role requires a strong understanding of legal and regulatory frameworks pertinent to the industry, coupled with excellent communication and project management skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Cultivate and maintain strong, collaborative relationships with various external agencies (e.g., marketing, advertising, PR, legal, compliance).

• Oversee agency performance, ensuring deliverables meet quality standards, timelines, and budgetary constraints.

• Review and ensure agency contracts and agreements comply with all relevant Indian pharmaceutical and life sciences regulations, leveraging LLM expertise.

• Facilitate effective communication between internal teams and external agencies, ensuring clear understanding of project goals and requirements.

• Monitor industry trends and regulatory changes, advising on potential impacts on agency strategies and operations.

• Manage agency onboarding, performance reviews, and offboarding processes.

• Support in the development and execution of agency-related policies and procedures.
