Agency Manager

Role Summary: The Agency Manager will be responsible for developing and managing relationships with external agencies (e.g., marketing, advertising, PR) to support Arvind Limited's brand and business objectives within the Indian market. This role requires strategic thinking, strong negotiation skills, and the ability to drive performance from agency partners.

Key Responsibilities:
- Identify, evaluate, and onboard suitable agencies aligned with company goals.
- Develop and manage agency contracts, service level agreements (SLAs), and budgets.
- Oversee agency performance, ensuring delivery against agreed objectives and KPIs.
- Foster strong, collaborative relationships with agency stakeholders.
- Provide clear briefs and strategic direction to agencies for campaigns and initiatives.
- Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to inform agency strategies.
- Conduct regular performance reviews and provide constructive feedback to agencies.
- Manage day-to-day communication and problem-solving with agency partners.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and brand guidelines across all agency-led activities.
- Track and report on the effectiveness and ROI of agency partnerships.
