Role Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Agency Manager to lead and expand our network of channel partners and distributors within the industrial equipment and machinery sector. The Agency Manager will be responsible for developing strategic relationships, driving sales performance, and ensuring excellent customer service through our agency network across India.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement strategies to recruit, onboard, and manage a network of high-performing agencies and distributors.
Set sales targets for agencies and monitor their performance against these targets, providing guidance and support for improvement.
Foster strong relationships with agency partners, ensuring alignment with company objectives and product offerings.
Conduct regular market analysis to identify new business opportunities and competitive trends within the industrial equipment sector.
Provide training and product knowledge support to agency sales teams.
Oversee the resolution of any issues or disputes that may arise with agency partners.
Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures across the agency network.
Collaborate with internal sales, marketing, and technical teams to support agency growth.
