Role Summary:
We are seeking a highly analytical and strategic Agency Manager to oversee and optimize our agency partnerships within the Metals & Mining sector. This role requires a deep understanding of market dynamics and the ability to leverage advanced research and analytical skills, typically gained through doctoral studies, to drive business objectives. The ideal candidate will have 2-4 years of experience in a similar role or a closely related field, demonstrating a strong aptitude for strategic planning and execution.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement comprehensive strategies for managing and growing agency relationships to support Vedanta's diverse business units in the Metals & Mining domain.
- Conduct in-depth market research and competitive analysis using advanced methodologies to identify new opportunities and potential risks.
- Analyze agency performance metrics, identify trends, and provide data-driven recommendations for improvement.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders (e.g., sales, marketing, operations) to ensure alignment of agency efforts with overall business goals.
- Manage contract negotiations, service level agreements (SLAs), and budgets for agency partnerships.
- Oversee the execution of strategic initiatives through agencies, ensuring quality, efficiency, and ROI.
- Provide thought leadership and strategic guidance on industry trends and best practices to agency partners.
- Prepare detailed reports and presentations for senior management on agency performance and strategic recommendations.
- Foster strong, long-term relationships with key agency contacts, building trust and mutual understanding.
