Role Summary:
As an Agency Manager with 0-1 years of experience and an MCA degree, you will be instrumental in managing and growing our partnerships with various agencies. You will focus on building strong relationships, ensuring campaign success, and driving revenue growth through effective agency collaboration. This role requires a proactive approach and a keen understanding of the sports and gaming industry.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain strong working relationships with key stakeholders in partner agencies.
- Understand agency needs and objectives, and align our offerings to meet them.
- Assist in the planning and execution of marketing campaigns in collaboration with agencies.
- Monitor campaign performance, analyze data, and provide insights to agencies and internal teams.
- Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling within existing agency partnerships.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and best practices in sports marketing and fantasy gaming.
- Prepare regular reports on agency performance and market insights.
- Coordinate with internal teams (marketing, sales, product) to ensure seamless agency support.
