Role Summary:
We are seeking a highly vigilant and skilled Air Traffic Controller to manage and oversee all air traffic movements within and around our corporate aviation facilities. The Air Traffic Controller will be responsible for ensuring the safe, orderly, and expeditious flow of air traffic, maintaining separation between aircraft, and providing essential information and support to pilots. This role requires exceptional decision-making abilities, strong communication skills, and a deep understanding of aviation regulations and procedures.
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor and control air traffic within designated airspace using radar, visual, and communication equipment.
- Issue clearances, instructions, and advisories to aircraft to ensure safe separation and efficient traffic flow.
- Maintain constant communication with pilots, relaying critical information, weather updates, and emergency instructions.
- Coordinate with other air traffic control units, airport operations, and emergency services.
- Respond to and manage emergency situations, including aircraft emergencies and security threats.
- Adhere to all national and international aviation regulations and company policies.
- Conduct regular proficiency checks and maintain up-to-date knowledge of air traffic control systems and procedures.
- Operate and maintain air traffic control equipment, reporting any malfunctions promptly.
