Air Traffic Controller (BCA Required) - Nagpur

We are seeking an experienced Air Traffic Controller to manage and coordinate the flow of digital assets and project timelines within our Nagpur facility. This role is crucial for ensuring seamless communication and efficient delivery of animation and VFX projects, aligning with the global operational standards of Technicolor. The ideal candidate will have 3-4 years of experience in a similar coordination or project management role, coupled with a Bachelor of Computer Applications (BCA) degree.

Key Responsibilities:

Monitor and manage the real-time status of multiple animation and VFX projects, ensuring all deadlines are met.

Coordinate communication between different departments (e.g., artists, supervisors, clients) to facilitate smooth project progression.

Identify potential bottlenecks or risks in project workflows and proactively propose solutions.

Maintain accurate records of project progress, asset movements, and team assignments.

Utilize project management software and internal tools to track tasks, deadlines, and resource allocation.

Ensure adherence to established production pipelines and quality control standards.

Assist in the scheduling of reviews, approvals, and client deliverables.
