Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Air Traffic Controller with a Master of Science (M.Sc) degree and 3-4 years of relevant experience to join our team in Kolkata. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the safe, orderly, and expeditious flow of air traffic within our operational airspace, with a focus on supporting our diverse agricultural, forestry, and fishing-related aerial operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor and control air traffic in assigned sectors, ensuring adherence to all regulations and procedures.
- Communicate effectively with pilots, providing instructions, information, and advisories.
- Utilize radar, communication, and navigation systems to manage aircraft movements.
- Coordinate with other air traffic control units and relevant agencies.
- Respond to emergency situations and implement contingency plans.
- Maintain detailed logs and records of air traffic activities.
- Adapt to evolving technologies and operational requirements within the aviation industry.
