Role Summary:
We are seeking a motivated Aircraft Maintenance Engineer with an M.Tech degree and 0-1 years of experience to join our dynamic team in Pune. This role will involve supporting the maintenance and operational readiness of aircraft fleet critical to our supply chain and logistics operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of aircraft systems, maintenance procedures, and a commitment to safety and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist senior engineers in performing routine inspections, troubleshooting, and repairs on aircraft components and systems.
- Interpret technical manuals, blueprints, and schematics to understand aircraft configurations and maintenance requirements.
- Document all maintenance activities accurately in accordance with company and regulatory standards.
- Participate in scheduled and unscheduled maintenance events.
- Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and company policies.
- Support the development and implementation of maintenance plans.
- Conduct quality checks on completed maintenance tasks.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve technical issues.
