Role Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented individual to manage and optimize airline-related services crucial for our global operations. This role will involve coordinating with various stakeholders to ensure efficient and cost-effective travel arrangements for our employees, particularly those involved in international business development, clinical trials, and supply chain logistics within the healthcare and life sciences sector.

Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage all aspects of corporate travel, including flight bookings, accommodation, and ground transportation for employees undertaking business trips.
- Develop and implement travel policies and procedures to ensure compliance, safety, and cost-efficiency.
- Negotiate and maintain relationships with airlines, travel agencies, and other service providers to secure favorable rates and service agreements.
- Monitor travel expenses, process reimbursements, and generate reports on travel spending and trends.
- Provide support and assistance to employees regarding their travel arrangements, visa requirements, and any travel-related issues.
- Stay updated on industry trends, regulations, and best practices in corporate travel management.
- Collaborate with internal departments (e.g., HR, Finance, Supply Chain) to understand travel needs and align services accordingly.
- Manage emergency travel situations and provide timely support to employees in distress.
- Ensure all travel activities comply with company policies and relevant international travel regulations.
