Airport Duty Manager

Role Summary: The Airport Duty Manager will be responsible for overseeing and managing all day-to-day operations at the airport, ensuring smooth and efficient functioning of all services related to Raymond Limited's logistics and supply chain activities. This role requires a proactive approach to problem-solving and exceptional leadership skills to manage a team and coordinate with various stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate all airport-related logistics operations for Raymond Limited's textile and apparel shipments.
• Ensure compliance with all airport regulations, customs procedures, and safety standards.
• Manage and lead a team of airport staff, providing guidance and support.
• Monitor flight schedules and cargo movements, making necessary adjustments to ensure timely delivery.
• Liaise with airline representatives, ground handling staff, customs officials, and other airport authorities.
• Handle and resolve operational issues and emergencies promptly and effectively.
• Maintain accurate records of all airport operations, including cargo manifests, flight details, and incident reports.
• Implement and enforce operational procedures to optimize efficiency and minimize costs.
