Airport Duty Manager

Role Summary:
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Airport Duty Manager to oversee and manage all airport operations related to the company's logistics and personnel movements. This role is crucial for ensuring the smooth and efficient flow of materials and people, particularly for our agrochemical business operations within India. The Airport Duty Manager will be responsible for coordinating with various stakeholders, managing schedules, and ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations.

Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily airport operations, including flight scheduling, cargo handling, and passenger logistics for company personnel.
- Coordinate with airlines, ground handling agencies, and customs/immigration authorities to ensure seamless operations.
- Manage and optimize the movement of personnel and critical materials, including samples and sensitive agrochemical products, ensuring timely delivery.
- Develop and implement operational procedures to enhance efficiency and safety.
- Monitor flight status and proactively address any disruptions or delays.
- Ensure compliance with all aviation regulations, company policies, and safety standards.
- Manage budgets related to airport operations and negotiate contracts with service providers.
- Prepare regular reports on operational performance, incidents, and key performance indicators.
- Act as a point of contact for any airport-related emergencies or issues.
- Maintain strong relationships with airport authorities and other relevant stakeholders.
