Role Summary: The Airport Duty Manager is responsible for overseeing all airport operations during their shift, ensuring the smooth and efficient functioning of the airport, and maintaining high standards of safety, security, and customer service. This role requires proactive problem-solving and effective coordination with various airport stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage and coordinate daily airport operations, including airside and terminal activities.

Ensure compliance with all aviation regulations, safety protocols, and security procedures.

Act as the primary point of contact for airlines, ground handlers, security agencies, and other airport stakeholders during the shift.

Respond to and manage operational disruptions, emergencies, and incidents effectively.

Monitor passenger flow and service levels, implementing measures to enhance customer experience.

Oversee the performance of various airport services and facilities.

Prepare shift reports and provide feedback on operational performance.
