Airport Duty Manager - Agriculture / Forestry / Fishing (1-3 Yrs Exp)

Role Summary:
We are seeking a proactive and organized Airport Duty Manager to oversee and manage all airport-related logistics and operations for our agricultural produce and supplies in Guwahati. This role is crucial for ensuring the efficient and timely movement of goods, maintaining compliance with regulations, and coordinating with various stakeholders. The ideal candidate will have a BBA/BBM degree and 1-3 years of experience in a similar role or in logistics/operations management.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage daily airport operations for agricultural cargo, including receiving, dispatching, and warehousing.
- Coordinate with airline staff, customs officials, and ground handling agencies to ensure smooth cargo movement.
- Monitor and ensure compliance with all aviation and agricultural transport regulations.
- Track shipments, manage inventory, and maintain accurate records of all airport-related activities.
- Address and resolve any operational issues or discrepancies promptly.
- Liaise with the internal logistics and supply chain teams to optimize transportation processes.
- Prepare reports on operational performance, including delays, costs, and efficiency metrics.
- Maintain a safe and secure working environment at the airport facility.
