Role Summary:
We are seeking a highly organized and experienced Airport Operations Manager to oversee and manage all aspects of airport operations for our media and entertainment broadcasting facilities. This role will ensure the smooth, efficient, and safe functioning of airport-related logistics and services critical to our content distribution and talent movement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement operational strategies to optimize airport resource utilization and efficiency.
- Manage all ground handling services, including aircraft parking, baggage handling, and passenger services.
- Ensure compliance with all aviation regulations, safety standards, and security protocols.
- Coordinate with airlines, air traffic control, and other aviation stakeholders.
- Oversee the management of airport infrastructure, including runways, taxiways, and terminal facilities.
- Manage operational budgets and control costs effectively.
- Develop and implement emergency response plans and procedures.
- Lead and motivate a team of airport operations staff.
- Monitor operational performance and implement continuous improvement initiatives.
