Airport Operations Manager

Role Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Airport Operations Manager to oversee and optimize the day-to-day operations of our airport. The ideal candidate will ensure seamless functioning of all airport services, maintain high standards of safety and security, and enhance the overall passenger experience. This role requires strong leadership, problem-solving abilities, and a deep understanding of airport management principles within the Indian context.

Key Responsibilities:

* Develop, implement, and monitor operational procedures to ensure efficiency and compliance with aviation regulations.
* Manage and coordinate with various airport stakeholders including airlines, ground handlers, security agencies, customs, immigration, and retail partners.
* Oversee the management of airside and landside operations, including aircraft parking, gate allocation, baggage handling, and passenger flow.
* Ensure adherence to safety, security, and environmental standards, conducting regular audits and inspections.
* Manage and respond to operational disruptions, emergencies, and incidents effectively.
* Monitor and control operational costs, identifying areas for improvement and cost savings.
* Lead and motivate the airport operations team, fostering a culture of performance and continuous improvement.
* Analyze operational data to identify trends, implement performance metrics, and drive strategic decision-making.
* Liaise with regulatory bodies and government agencies to ensure compliance with all applicable laws and policies.
* Contribute to the strategic planning and development of airport facilities and services.
