Allergist / Immunologist

Role Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Allergist / Immunologist to join our team. This role will focus on understanding and mitigating potential allergenic risks associated with our beverage products and ensuring the safety and well-being of our consumers. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in allergy and immunology, with the ability to apply this expertise within the food and beverage industry context.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct research and analysis on potential allergens in raw materials and finished beverage products.
- Develop and implement strategies for allergen control and risk management throughout the production process.
- Collaborate with R&D, Quality Assurance, and Production teams to ensure product safety and compliance with regulatory standards.
- Investigate consumer complaints related to allergic reactions and provide expert consultation.
- Stay abreast of the latest scientific advancements in allergy and immunology relevant to the food and beverage sector.
- Develop educational materials and training programs for employees on allergen awareness and handling.
- Contribute to the development of new products by assessing potential allergenic profiles.
