Allied Health Manager

Role Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Allied Health Manager to oversee and coordinate the delivery of allied health services within our organization. This role is crucial for ensuring the well-being and health of our employees, particularly in a manufacturing environment. The Allied Health Manager will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing health programs, ensuring compliance with regulations, and fostering a safe and healthy workplace.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement comprehensive allied health programs and services tailored to the needs of employees in an automotive component manufacturing setting.
• Manage and supervise a team of allied health professionals, including physiotherapists, occupational therapists, and other relevant specialists.
• Conduct health assessments, identify health risks, and develop strategies for prevention and management of work-related injuries and illnesses.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant Indian health and safety regulations, labor laws, and industry standards.
• Collaborate with HR, EHS (Environment, Health, and Safety), and other departments to integrate health and wellness initiatives into the overall company strategy.
• Manage the budget for allied health services and ensure efficient resource allocation.
• Maintain accurate and confidential employee health records.
• Promote a culture of health and wellness throughout the organization through awareness campaigns and educational programs.
• Liaise with external healthcare providers, hospitals, and specialists as needed.
