Liaise with legal counsel and regulatory bodies to ensure all health programs meet statutory obligations.

Manage vendor relationships for health service providers, ensuring contractual compliance and service quality.

Oversee the administration of employee health benefits and related legal documentation.

Conduct risk assessments and develop strategies to mitigate legal and health-related risks within the organization.

Stay updated on changes in healthcare laws and regulations in India and their impact on corporate health policies.
