Role Summary:
The Alumni Relations Officer will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to engage with Infosys alumni, fostering a strong and active alumni network. This role will play a crucial part in building lasting relationships, facilitating knowledge sharing, and promoting the Infosys brand within the alumni community.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement a comprehensive alumni engagement strategy.
- Organize and manage alumni events, webinars, and networking opportunities.
- Maintain and update the alumni database with accurate contact information and engagement history.
- Create and disseminate regular communications to alumni, including newsletters and updates.
- Facilitate mentorship programs and career development opportunities for alumni.
- Collaborate with internal teams to leverage alumni expertise for business development and talent acquisition.
- Track and report on key alumni engagement metrics.
- Build and nurture relationships with key alumni stakeholders.
- Manage the alumni portal and social media channels.
- Support initiatives related to corporate social responsibility through alumni involvement.
