Alumni Relations Officer

Role Summary: The Alumni Relations Officer will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to engage and support Zinnov's alumni network. This role is crucial in fostering a strong community, facilitating career development opportunities, and leveraging the expertise of former employees to benefit the company.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement a comprehensive alumni engagement strategy.
• Organize and manage alumni events, webinars, and networking opportunities.
• Maintain and update the alumni database, ensuring accurate contact information.
• Create and disseminate regular communications to the alumni network (newsletters, updates, etc.).
• Facilitate mentorship programs and career development resources for alumni.
• Collaborate with internal teams (HR, Marketing) to leverage alumni for recruitment and business development.
• Track and report on alumni engagement metrics and program effectiveness.
