Analyst - Financial Planning & Analysis

Role Summary: We are seeking a driven and analytical Analyst - Financial Planning & Analysis to join our growing team in Coimbatore. This role is crucial in supporting strategic decision-making through robust financial modeling, forecasting, and performance analysis within the dynamic metals and mining sector. The ideal candidate will leverage their B.Tech/B.E. background to bring a unique quantitative and problem-solving approach to financial planning.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain financial models for forecasting, budgeting, and long-range planning.
- Analyze financial performance against budgets and forecasts, identifying variances and providing insights.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports and presentations for senior management.
- Support the FP&A team in ad-hoc financial analysis and business case development.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather data and ensure accuracy of financial information.
- Assist in the development of key performance indicators (KPIs) and track their performance.
- Contribute to process improvements within the FP&A function.
