Role Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and analytical Analyst to join our Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) team. The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting the financial planning, forecasting, budgeting, and reporting processes for our IT services business. This role requires a strong understanding of financial principles, excellent analytical skills, and the ability to communicate complex financial information effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the development and execution of annual budgets and periodic forecasts.
- Prepare monthly financial reports, variance analyses, and performance dashboards.
- Support strategic financial planning initiatives and business case development.
- Collaborate with various business units to gather financial data and insights.
- Identify trends, risks, and opportunities, and provide actionable recommendations.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of FP&A processes and tools.
