Role Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and analytical individual to join our Finance team as an Analyst - Financial Planning & Analysis. This role will be instrumental in supporting the strategic financial decision-making process by providing insightful analysis, accurate forecasting, and robust budgeting. You will work closely with various business units within our manufacturing and production operations to understand financial drivers and contribute to the overall financial health of the company.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain financial models for forecasting, budgeting, and long-range planning.
- Analyze financial performance against budget and forecast, identifying key variances and providing explanations.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports and presentations for senior management.
- Support the annual budgeting process, collaborating with department heads to gather inputs and ensure alignment with strategic objectives.
- Conduct ad-hoc financial analysis to support business initiatives and investment decisions.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide insights into business trends.
- Assist in the preparation of financial data for board meetings and investor relations.
- Ensure data integrity and accuracy in all financial reporting and analysis.
- Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices in financial planning and analysis.
