Analyst - Financial Planning & Analysis (B.Des Required) - Ahmedabad

Role Summary: We are seeking a driven and analytical Analyst - Financial Planning & Analysis to join our dynamic team in Ahmedabad. This role is ideal for a recent graduate with a B.Des degree and 1-3 years of experience who is passionate about finance and possesses a unique perspective on data visualization and strategic planning. You will be instrumental in supporting the FP&A team with data analysis, forecasting, budgeting, and reporting, contributing to informed business decisions.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial plans, budgets, and forecasts. Leverage your B.Des background to create visually compelling financial reports and dashboards that communicate complex data insights effectively. Support the development of variance analysis and identify key business drivers. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather financial data and understand business needs. Help in ad-hoc financial modeling and analysis to support strategic initiatives. Contribute to the continuous improvement of FP&A processes and tools. Ensure data accuracy and integrity in all financial reporting.
