Job Description
Role Summary: We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Analyst - Financial Planning & Analysis with 2-3 years of experience to join our finance team. This role will support the FP&A function by assisting in budgeting, forecasting, financial modeling, and performance analysis. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of financial principles and a BBA/BBM degree, eager to contribute to the growth of a leading furniture brand.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in the preparation of annual budgets and periodic forecasts.
Develop and maintain financial models to support business decisions and strategic initiatives.
Analyze financial performance against budget and forecast, identifying key variances and providing insights.
Prepare regular financial reports and presentations for management.
Support in ad-hoc financial analysis and projects as required.
Collaborate with various departments to gather financial data and ensure accuracy.
Contribute to the continuous improvement of FP&A processes and tools.
