Role Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and analytical Analyst to join our dynamic Investment Banking, Private Equity & VC team. This role is crucial in supporting our strategic initiatives within the rapidly evolving Indian automobile sector. You will work on a variety of projects, contributing to financial modeling, market research, and deal execution. This is an excellent opportunity for an M.Com graduate with 1-3 years of experience to gain hands-on experience in corporate finance and investment within a leading automotive company.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in financial modeling, valuation, and due diligence for potential investments, acquisitions, and divestitures.
- Conduct in-depth market research and competitive analysis within the automotive industry.
- Prepare presentations and reports for senior management and stakeholders.
- Support deal execution processes, including transaction structuring and documentation.
- Monitor portfolio companies and track industry trends.
- Collaborate with internal finance, strategy, and business development teams.
