Analyst Relations

Role Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Analyst Relations professional to join our team. This role will be instrumental in managing and nurturing relationships with key industry analysts, influencers, and research firms that cover the furniture and furnishing market. The ideal candidate will be responsible for shaping the company's narrative, ensuring positive analyst perceptions, and leveraging analyst insights to inform our business strategy and product development.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute a comprehensive analyst relations strategy aligned with company objectives.
• Cultivate and maintain strong, proactive relationships with key industry analysts and influencers.
• Organize and manage analyst briefings, inquiries, and engagement activities (e.g., product reviews, strategy sessions).
• Translate complex company strategies, product roadmaps, and market positioning into clear, compelling messages for analysts.
• Monitor and analyze analyst reports, market trends, and competitive landscape to identify opportunities and potential risks.
• Collaborate with product management, marketing, sales, and executive leadership to ensure consistent messaging and alignment.
• Track and report on analyst engagement, influence, and impact on market perception and business outcomes.
• Manage the company's participation in relevant industry analyst reports and rankings (e.g., Gartner Magic Quadrant, Forrester Wave).
