Analytics / BI Manager

Role Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Analytics / BI Manager to join our growing team in Hyderabad. The ideal candidate will have a strong analytical background, a B.Sc. degree, and 3-6 years of experience in business intelligence and data analytics. You will be responsible for leading a team, developing and implementing BI strategies, and ensuring data-driven decision-making across various business units. Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and mentor a team of BI analysts and data scientists.
- Develop and execute the company's Business Intelligence strategy.
- Design, build, and maintain scalable BI solutions and dashboards using tools like Tableau, Power BI, or QlikView.
- Analyze complex datasets to identify trends, patterns, and actionable insights.
- Collaborate with stakeholders across different departments to understand their data needs and deliver relevant reports and analyses.
- Define KPIs and metrics to track business performance.
- Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and consistency.
- Present findings and recommendations to senior management.
- Stay updated with the latest trends and technologies in BI and analytics.
