Job Description
Role Summary: We are seeking an experienced Analytics / BI Manager to join our growing team at BYJU'S. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving data-driven decision-making across various business functions, including product, marketing, and operations. You will lead a team of analysts, develop and maintain BI dashboards, and provide actionable insights to stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and mentor a team of data analysts and BI developers.
- Develop and implement strategies for data collection, analysis, and reporting.
- Design, build, and maintain interactive dashboards and reports using BI tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
- Translate business requirements into technical specifications and data models.
- Analyze large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for business improvement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand their data needs and provide analytical support.
- Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and consistency across all reporting.
- Present findings and recommendations to senior management.
