Analytics / BI Manager

Role Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Analytics / BI Manager to lead our Business Intelligence initiatives within the Electronics Manufacturing sector. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to leverage data for informed decision-making, optimizing manufacturing processes, and driving business growth. This role requires a strong understanding of data warehousing, ETL processes, business intelligence tools, and a proven ability to translate complex data into actionable insights for stakeholders across various departments.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute the company's Business Intelligence strategy, aligning with overall business objectives.
- Design, build, and maintain robust data warehouses and data marts.
- Oversee the development and implementation of ETL processes to ensure data accuracy and integrity.
- Create and manage dashboards, reports, and visualizations using BI tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, QlikView) to track key performance indicators (KPIs) across manufacturing, supply chain, sales, and finance.
- Analyze large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies, providing actionable insights and recommendations to senior management.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Operations, Supply Chain, Sales, Finance, IT) to understand their data needs and deliver effective BI solutions.
- Mentor and manage a team of BI analysts and developers, fostering a data-driven culture.
- Ensure data governance and security standards are maintained.
- Stay abreast of emerging trends and technologies in the BI and analytics space.
