Analytics / BI Manager

Role Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Analytics / BI Manager to lead our Business Intelligence initiatives. This role will be instrumental in transforming raw data into actionable insights that drive strategic decision-making within our investment banking operations. You will be responsible for developing and managing our BI infrastructure, creating impactful reports and dashboards, and fostering a data-driven culture across the organization.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement the company's Business Intelligence strategy and roadmap.
- Design, build, and maintain robust data models and data warehouses.
- Create compelling dashboards and reports using BI tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) to visualize key performance indicators (KPIs) and trends.
- Analyze complex datasets to identify business opportunities, risks, and areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with stakeholders across various departments (e.g., M&A, Capital Markets, Research) to understand their data needs and deliver tailored solutions.
- Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and security across all BI platforms.
- Mentor and manage a team of data analysts and BI specialists.
- Stay abreast of the latest trends and technologies in data analytics and business intelligence.
