Role Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and data-driven Analytics / BI Manager to join our dynamic team in Delhi. This role is ideal for an individual with 3-4 years of experience and a BBA/BBM degree who is passionate about leveraging data to drive business decisions within the fast-paced media and entertainment industry. You will be responsible for developing and maintaining BI solutions, analyzing complex datasets, and providing actionable insights to various stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement business intelligence solutions and dashboards to track key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Analyze large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and insights related to viewership, advertising revenue, and content performance.
- Prepare regular reports and presentations for management, highlighting key findings and recommendations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Marketing, Sales, Product, Content) to understand their data needs and provide analytical support.
- Ensure data accuracy and integrity across all reporting and analytical platforms.
- Monitor industry trends and competitive landscape through data analysis.
- Support ad-hoc data analysis requests from various departments.
- Contribute to the development of data-driven strategies.
