We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Analytics / BI Manager with 3-4 years of experience to join our growing team in Noida. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of data analysis, business intelligence tools, and a passion for driving data-informed decisions within the pharmaceutical and life sciences sector. This role requires a B.Sc degree in a relevant field and the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain business intelligence dashboards and reports to track key performance indicators (KPIs) across various business functions.
Analyze large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and insights that can inform strategic business decisions.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., R&D, Operations, Sales) to understand their data needs and provide analytical support.
Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and consistency across all reporting and analytical outputs.
Assist in the development and implementation of data governance policies and procedures.
Stay updated with the latest trends and technologies in business intelligence and data analytics.
