We are seeking an experienced Analytics / BI Manager to join our dynamic team in Mangalore. The ideal candidate will leverage data to drive strategic decisions, improve operational efficiency, and enhance patient outcomes within our hospital network. This role requires a strong analytical mindset, proficiency in business intelligence tools, and a solid understanding of the healthcare industry.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement BI strategies to support business objectives and operational improvements.
Design, build, and maintain reports, dashboards, and analytical models using BI tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, SQL).
Analyze complex datasets to identify trends, patterns, and actionable insights related to patient care, operational efficiency, and financial performance.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including clinical staff, IT, and administration, to understand data needs and deliver effective solutions.
Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and security across all reporting and analytical processes.
Present findings and recommendations to senior management and stakeholders in a clear and concise manner.
Stay updated with the latest BI technologies, trends, and best practices in the healthcare sector.
