Role Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Analytics / BI Manager with 1-2 years of experience to join our growing Oil & Gas division in Chennai. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in data analysis, business intelligence tools, and a B.Tech/B.E. degree. You will be instrumental in transforming raw data into actionable insights that drive strategic decisions within our energy operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain BI dashboards and reports using tools like Tableau, Power BI, or similar platforms.
- Analyze large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies in oil and gas production, operations, and market data.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand their data needs and provide analytical support.
- Assist in data modeling and ETL processes to ensure data accuracy and integrity.
- Support the implementation of new BI solutions and enhancements to existing systems.
- Prepare regular performance reports and presentations for management.
- Contribute to data-driven decision-making processes across the organization.
- Stay updated with the latest trends in analytics and business intelligence.
